Why we use your data (lawful bases)
We use your data under one or more of the lawful bases in Article 6 UK GDPR:
- Contract – to provide proposals, deliver our services, manage your account, and respond to enquiries.
- Legitimate interests – to operate and improve our site and services, prevent fraud/abuse, measure marketing performance, and send relevant B2B marketing (you can opt out at any time).
- Consent – for non-essential cookies/analytics/advertising and for email/SMS marketing where required by PECR. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Automated decision-making

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
