19 Six Media

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before choosing a campaign.

How we test, what you pay, how regions work, what happens to your leads and what to expect once you get started.

Our campaigns

What makes 19 Six Media different from a typical lead generation agency?
We do not wait until you become a client to start finding out what works. We invest our own money building, testing and optimising campaigns before you spend a penny. Once a campaign is working, we make it available in our campaign library for you to choose.
How do you build and test campaigns?
Campaigns are developed using our Demand Engineering® methodology. We test the person, problem, message, creative, qualification journey and campaign structure using our own advertising budget. We keep refining the campaign before releasing it for clients to run.
Do you build a brand-new campaign from scratch for every client?
No. That is the point of the model. You choose from campaigns that have already been pre-tested and pre-optimised. We then adapt the selected campaign to your business and selected region rather than using your budget as the initial testing ground.
Which industries do you work with?
Our campaign library is focused on Financial & Professional Services. The individual campaigns available within each vertical can be viewed directly on our website.
Can I see the campaigns before signing up?
Yes. Choose your business type on our campaign-selection page, browse the campaigns currently available, see the displayed average cost per lead, select the campaign you want and then choose an available geographic region.

Leads & bookings

What happens when a lead is generated?
We generate the enquiry, qualify the lead and deliver it to you. The lead is then pushed to book directly into your diary. Your job is to make contact, have the conversation and close the opportunity.
Are the leads qualified?
Yes. Each campaign has a qualification journey built around the specific product, problem and audience so that the information you receive is relevant to the campaign the person responded to.
Do leads book directly into my diary?
We actively push leads to book. On strong campaigns, up to 60% have booked automatically. This is not a guarantee and performance varies by campaign, region, budget and audience.
What about leads that do not book themselves?
You still receive the qualified lead. We provide a templated WhatsApp follow-up sequence that makes it straightforward to contact those enquiries and encourage them to book.
What conversion rates do you see?
Strong campaigns have achieved 10–20% conversion rates. Results vary and no conversion rate is guaranteed; your speed to lead, follow-up, sales process, region, campaign and proposition all influence the final outcome.
How many leads can I expect?
There is no fixed lead number because volume depends on your campaign, geographic region, advertising budget and current cost per lead. Choose a campaign on our website to see its displayed average cost per lead, then use that alongside your planned ad spend to estimate potential volume.

Regions & availability

How do geographic regions work?
After choosing a campaign, you select from the geographic regions currently available for that campaign. Availability is shown during campaign selection.
Are campaigns exclusive to my region?
Yes. Regional campaign availability is controlled so the same campaign is not sold to another client in the same assigned region while your region is active with you.
When is my region secured?
Your selected region is secured when you sign your agreement. Browsing a region or creating a signup does not reserve it, so availability is checked again when the agreement is signed.
Can I run more than one campaign or region?
Yes. You can select additional campaign and region combinations during the campaign-selection process, subject to availability.

Costs & contract

How much does 19 Six Media cost?
The standard campaign service fee is £248 + VAT per campaign/region per month. Your Meta advertising spend is separate and is paid directly to Meta.
What is the minimum advertising spend?
We typically recommend starting from around £10 per day in Meta ad spend for a campaign. The right budget depends on the campaign, region and the volume you want to generate.
Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?
No. Your advertising budget is separate from the 19 Six Media service fee and is paid directly to Meta.
How long is the contract?
There is an initial three-month term. After the initial period, the service continues on a monthly rolling basis and requires 30 days' notice to cancel.
Why is there an initial three-month term if the campaign is already tested?
Pre-tested does not mean every region and ad account will behave identically from day one. Meta still needs live data from your account and audience, and performance needs to be managed in-market. The initial period gives the campaign time to learn, settle and be optimised around your live delivery.

Getting started

How do I get started?
Go to Choose Your Campaign, browse the available Financial & Professional Services campaigns, choose your geographic region and continue through signup.
How quickly can my campaign go live?
We aim to have campaigns ready to launch within seven days of signup, subject to receiving the required business information, Meta access and any approvals needed for your campaign.
Do I need to speak to somebody before I choose a campaign?
No. The website is designed so you can browse the campaign library, see what is available and choose your campaign and region directly online.
What happens after I sign up?
You complete onboarding and provide the information and access needed to adapt the campaign to your business. We prepare the campaign for launch, then generate and qualify leads, deliver them to you and push them towards booking.
